How Happy New Year 2027 handles local creative content, advertising, consent and purchases.

This policy applies to the Happy New Year 2027 iOS app and this website.

1. Who we are

Happy New Year 2027 is operated by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app or visit happynewyear2027.pro.

2. Local creative processing

Photos you select and text you enter are processed locally on your device for editing, preview and export. We do not upload your designs, selected photos, text or exported files to an ALILOU DIGITAL server.

Local drafts and settings remain on your device until you delete them, reset the app or uninstall it, subject to iOS backup behaviour.

3. Advertising and Google AdMob

The free version uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial and rewarded advertising. Depending on your region and consent choices, Google and its partners may process device and app identifiers, IP address, general location, advertising interactions, app interactions and diagnostic information.

We do not send your selected photos, design text or exported files to AdMob as advertising content.

Rewarded advertising: a free user may choose to watch a rewarded ad to unlock one requested export. If no valid reward is received, that export is not granted.

4. Consent and privacy choices

The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required. Depending on your region, the app may show advertising privacy choices. When available, these choices can be reopened from Settings.

5. Tracking

The current app configuration does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission and does not intentionally use the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. If this changes, we will update the app, its App Store disclosures and this policy first.

6. In-app purchases

The app offers a one-time, non-consumable Permanent Unlock through Apple. Apple processes payment details. We receive only transaction and entitlement information needed to verify, unlock and restore the purchase.

7. Service providers

  • Google: AdMob and UMP.
  • Apple: App Store, StoreKit and system services.
  • Hosting and email providers: website and support delivery.

8. Support communications

If you contact support, we process the information you choose to provide only to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse and maintain reasonable support records.

9. Retention and security

Local content remains under your control on your device. Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary. Advertising and App Store information are retained according to Google and Apple policies.

10. Children

The app is a general-audience greeting and design tool and is not specifically directed to children under 13.

11. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain information. You may manage advertising choices in the app where available and contact us regarding support information.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when the app, advertising configuration, law or service providers change.
